813 Parrot Tulip

It has taken me weeks to finish this painting.  After several days away from it, I returned today with fresh eyes.  I am finally happy with it.  I enjoyed experimenting with the white ink.  I hope you like the painting.

328. Double Dutch in an Olive Oil Jar

I may have mentioned that this bunch of Trader Joe's tulips had several "doubles" and a "triple" flowers on just one stem.  I always get a kick out of that.  Simple pleasures!
