About Me

My photo
Diane Campion
My inspiration comes from the world around me in the constant and ever-changing beauty and curiosities of nature, as well as from the details, textures, and patterns we see in everyday life. I am often compelled to paint from photographs I have taken near and far that capture a particular feeling inside of me, or a snippet of everyday life. With the passage of time, still life has become my favorite genre to paint, because by association, most painted subjects are what make a house a home, in my estimation. Food, flowers, and household items are key components.
